1. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we confirm acceptance once payment clears and the order is dispatched.

2. Delivery

Products are typically delivered within about 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary by location, courier capacity and stock availability. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

3. Returns & refunds

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.

4. Warranty

WarmRide cushions carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modification, liquid spills or normal cosmetic wear.

5. Safe use

Always plug the cushion into a working 24V socket using the supplied fused cable. Do not use the product if the cable, plug or cushion shows visible damage. Unplug when leaving the vehicle for extended periods. Not recommended for children under 12 or anyone with reduced sensitivity to heat without adult supervision.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order — name, address, contact details and payment confirmation. We never sell your data. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us.
